Thank you for shopping with BambooEase. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During sales, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days.
Please note that total delivery time is processing time (1–2 business days) plus shipping time (5–10 business days). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs, and high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be applied automatically or via a valid code at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, contact us and we'll be glad to help.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect it, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@aurabloomstore.com. We'll do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, and title and risk of loss pass to you at that point.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with members of your household and neighbors, then contact your local carrier. If you still need help, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist in investigating with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, or for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by tracking.
International Shipping
If we ship to your country, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by your destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping charges. Customs processing may also add to overall delivery time. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
