At BambooEase, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains your options, what's covered, and the conditions that apply.
By placing an order with BambooEase, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 90 days of your delivery date.
You do not need to ship the product back to us to receive your refund. Once your request is approved, we'll refund your purchase — you're welcome to keep, donate, or dispose of the product.
To qualify, your request must be:
- Submitted within 90 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking, and
- Made by the original purchaser using the email address or order number associated with the purchase.
One Claim Per Customer
The 90-day money-back guarantee is limited to one refund claim per customer and per household. This applies across all orders, email addresses, shipping addresses, and payment methods associated with the same person or household.
We reserve the right to decline guarantee requests that appear to be duplicate, repeated, or abusive, or that involve bulk, wholesale, or resale quantities. This limit protects the guarantee for genuine customers and helps us keep offering it.
Hygiene & Worn-Item Notice
Because our products are wearable items worn in direct contact with the skin, hygiene matters. If you choose to return a product to us (for an exchange or any other reason), please note:
- Items must be in a clean and hygienic condition.
- We may refuse, or issue only a partial refund or credit for, items that are heavily worn, soiled, damaged through use, or returned in an unsanitary state.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to resell returned wearable items, and used products cannot be restocked.
This notice does not limit your rights under the 90-day money-back guarantee above, which does not require a return.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards and store credit
- Items marked "final sale," "clearance," or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
- Free items or promotional gifts received with an order
- Orders placed outside the 90-day guarantee window
- Second or subsequent guarantee claims from the same customer or household (see "One Claim Per Customer")
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
We'll make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund, at your choice. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover any return shipping costs if we ask you to send the item back.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product, contact us to arrange an exchange within the 90-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. For exchanges and change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (see below).
Return Shipping
Some situations (such as exchanges, or cases where we request the item back) may involve returning a product to us.
- For exchanges and change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.
Please do not ship any item back to us without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a refund, replacement, or exchange, please email us with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief reason for your request
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: photos of the product and packaging

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@aurabloomstore.com.
Order Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipped. Once shipped, the order is subject to the terms of this policy.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help investigate. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first — we're committed to resolving it quickly and fairly under this policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest disputes that fall outside the terms of this policy or where a refund or replacement has already been provided.
Product Notice

Nothing in our marketing or this policy constitutes medical advice. If you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
